The PTSD Veterans Association is a 501-c-3 non-profit Veterans Service Organization serving our local Veterans on Long Island who suffer the invisible war wounds of PTSD.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to support the men & women seeking mental health treatment, assistance, and direction in filing disability claims with the VA. We offer Peer-to-Peer Support for the Residents of the 90-Day PTSD treatment program at the VA Medical Center in Northport, NY. Our members are Veterans of Military Service from all Branches and all generations. Our goal is to offer support and avenues toward a better civilian life after Military Service based on our statement of Mission.
